One campaign, start to finish.
Most outbound runs on a bought list and a template. Here is what happens at Corvo, from the brief you set to the call on your calendar.
- Service area
- Dallas–Fort Worth, 60 miles
- Business size
- 10–50 employees
- Industries
- Law, accounting, dental
- Contact
- Owner or office manager
- Left out
- Your clients, other IT companies
You decide who we contact. We tell you the list size first.
- Location
- Inside your service area
- Contact
- Owner or decision-maker
- Verified
- Company
- Not an IT provider, not your client
Only contacts that pass all four are emailed.
Hi {first name}, we run IT support for small businesses around Dallas, so staff aren’t left waiting on fixes.
Is IT handled in-house today, or by an outside company? Happy to share how we work if it’s useful.
Template approved by you before launch.

10:30 to 11:00 in your time zone, with the owner
Written up before you dial in: who they are, how IT is handled today, and what they asked for.
A qualified meeting. Billed only if it happens.
Your first month
You sign and set your target.
Inboxes warm up. You approve the copy.

- Not already your client
- The meeting takes place. No‑shows are free.
Getting started
The first month is paid at signing and funds your setup. Sending starts once your inboxes finish warming up, about two weeks.
No contract
Month to month, cancel anytime. If you leave, the sending domains are transferred to you.
Not the usual lead‑gen agency.
Meetings are billed only when they happen and meet your criteria.
Month to month. Cancel anytime.
One client per service area. No competitors in yours.
Dedicated domains. You approve every template and read every reply.
Leave, and we transfer the sending domains to you.
What owners ask first.
How soon will I see meetings?
Your inboxes warm up for about two weeks, then sending starts. We don't promise a number of meetings, and we say so before you sign. What you control is what counts: you pay per meeting only when it happens and meets your criteria.
Who do you contact on our behalf?
Owners and office managers of businesses in your service area, inside the size and industries you choose. Other IT companies and your current clients are filtered out before anything is sent.
Can we target one type of client, like law firms or clinics?
Yes. You choose the area, the size of business and, if you want, the industry. A narrower target means a smaller list, and we tell you how big it is before you start.
Do you email from our domain?
No. We send from dedicated domains so your main domain's reputation is never at risk. If you leave, those domains are transferred to you.
Do we see what's sent in our name?
Yes. You approve every template before launch and can read every reply.
What do you need from us?
Your target area and size, a calendar link, a sender name, and your approval of the templates.
